Harvey Fogel is a pharmacist for a New Jersey chain and a graduate of the
Philadelphia College of Pharmacy. He is a Certified Compulsive Gambling
Counselor, Co-Director of the Gambling Recovery Program at AtlantiCare
Health Systems, and a Certified Social Worker.

Harvey resides in Margate with his wife Lois, and has two daughters, Lisa and Lauren.
