Arthur is a graduate of the University of Colorado and Rutgers Law School. He was admitted to practice law in New Jersey and before the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Kamine is a member of the Passaic and Bergen County, New Jersey Bar Associations. He has served in this capacity for over ten years.
